Initial Disability Audit
This evaluation process identifies your organisation's strengths, areas in need of improvement and skills gap. The scope of the exercise includes your workforce disability profile, your equality and diversity strategies, your level of knowledge and understanding of your legal obligations and how/if you are currently meeting them. An action plan that outlines the findings is included in as part of the audit.
