Initial Disability Audit (part government funded, contact us to check whether you are eligible)
This evaluation process identifies your organisation's strengths, areas in need of improvement and skills gap. The scope of the exercise includes your workforce disability profile, your equality and diversity strategies, your level of knowledge and understanding of your legal obligations and how/if you are currently meeting them. An action plan that outlines the findings is included in as part of the audit.
Disability Access Audit
A premises and individual workstations assessment audit, checked against DDA recommendations to reduce legal risks. This comprehensive audit covers accessibility for staff and customers, and movement restrictions within the premises. Recommendations of products and services and where they can be sourced are included in your report.
Training
3D Change offer a variety of training packages to suit various budgets, designed to help and educate your staff to become fully aware and conversant with the changes in legislation in relation to disability. Our packages range from 2 hour online training sessions to bespoke courses that are specifically designed to your companies specifications.
Recruitment Service
3D Change's recruitment division can help you fill a variety of vacancies. We also work with partner organisations to help place disabled people into work experience.
In addition to filling vacancies, we can also advise you on how to adopt a practical approach to help you retain a diverse workforce.
