Our history
Established in 2007 by Moira Skinner, 3D Change has gone from strength to strength since it was founded.
Early on in the 3D Change journey, we were appointed to deliver support services to SMEs across South London. This contract, which we won from the London Development Agency, was delivered in partnership with nine London councils, and marked a significant stage early in our company’s history.
Innovation
As 3D Change continued to thrive, one of our e-learning courses was nominated for a national award, under the category of excellence in learning content. The e-learning course, which maximises growth by ensuring companies are compliant with today’s equalities legislation, was up against some big names, including the BBC, the NHS and Greater Manchester Police.
The South London Jobs Fair, running since 2012 incorporates the Procurement Opportunities in Social Housing initiative, another exciting initiative which 3D Change orchestrated. As a unique partnership venture, the fair works with the procurement divisions of some of Londons prominant housing associations, and their community regeneration divisions. These events provide an excellent opportunity for local businesses and the social housing and public sector. Following on from this success we have been requested to roll out our job fairs to East and West London in 2018.
Trust
With the 3D Change team having built on over 20 years' experience in policy development, procurement, and the creation of regeneration initiatives, we’ve continued to create a relationship of trust with our clients. As a result, we’ve extended our client base to include many housing associations, private businesses, a large unitary council based on the coast, and the list continues to grow.
The future
As 3D Change continues to flourish, we’re offering an even broader set of services and products to our customers, for example job brokerage. By continuing to nurture local economic growth, we will carry on fostering effective social change within our communities.
