Social Regeneration
3D Change (CIC) is currently working in partnership with several London Housing Associations focusing on our passion for social and economic regeneration. Our current initiatives include Business Start-Up workshops and mentoring services. The workshops were designed in direct response to feedback from residents on information they needed to start their own businesses.
Business Start-up Workshop
The workshop includes inspiration and motivation when embarking on a period that can sometimes be daunting and overwhelming. This is coupled with real practical information and advice through mentoring on the essentials that need to be put into place in order to launch a new business and the real practicalities of running your own business.
Aims & Objectives:
- Develop knowledge and confidence for budding entrepreneurs
- Develop an understanding of what is involved in planning for your business/business planning
- Understanding and navigating your way around legal issues
- Understanding the basics of marketing and market research
- Intellectual property/licensing/Insurances
- Complete an individual workshop action plan detailing your next steps

Business Start-Up Mentoring Support
We are getting a huge 'CIC' out of a new 1:1 Mentoring support service that we are offering to very talented residents of Hexagon Housing Association. These dynamic individuals successfully pitched their business plans and won support to set up their respective Acupuncture, Catering and Mobile Nail Technician businesses. Watch this space to find out how these entrepreneurs flourish in the coming months!
