Risk Assessment
Our risk assessment is an in-depth evaluation process which identifies your business' current status with regard to the Disability Discrimination Act and establishes which areas are in need of improvement with particular regard to any skills gap.
The scope of the exercise includes:

- Your equality and diversity strategies
- Your level of knowledge and understanding of your legal obligations and how well you are currently meeting them
The final report includes an Action Plan to help you identify the steps you need to take to ensure your business meets legal requirements.
