Free Introductory Audits
As part of their initiative to help employers comply with the latest disability legislation – the government has funded 3D Change to provide free introductory audits to Small to Medium sized businesses in London.
Meeting your needs
We carry out a review of the current systems you have in place to cater for the needs of your current disabled employees and customers, and provide you with our recommendations on how to reduce your legislative risk.
We also use this time to provide you with consultancy support and answer any questions you may have.
Your free consultation involves:
- Completing a short questionnaire- this will provide us with an overview of what your requirements are. Areas covered include: policies, premises, recruitment process, training and reasonable adjustments
- A short presentation including an introduction to the DDA, information on disability, guidance on funding and general tips on reducing legislative risk.
- A detailed 'Action Plan' specifically tailored to your business; giving you guidance on steps to take to reduce your legislative risk.
Added benefits:
- Referrals to other relevant organisations
- Sourcing of products to make adjustments (such as signage, auxiliary aids, ramps etc)
- Additional documents on funding and legislation provided upon request
- Ongoing consultancy advice if required
- Newsletter subscription including useful information such as practical tips and updates on legislation
- Cost effective recommendations that take your budgets into account
- Information on our other products services such as training, recruitment, premises access audits
Do you qualify?
This funded service is restricted to qualifying organisations:
- Located within one of the following boroughs: Croydon, Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Sutton, Richmond, Kingston, Merton or Bromley?
- Employing under 250 people
- Have not received significant government funding in the last 3 years
